Children 4-8 | Weekends @ 11:00am or 1:30pm (90 min)
Using movement, dance, story telling, art, music, games and mindfulness activities, this class helps your child learn to share an imagination and space with others and, improves literacy, language and social skills. This class is a fun, practical and creative way for kids to improve focus, self-regulation, build confidence and make friends!

Yoga Classes | Children 5-7

Mondays @ 4:00pm (45 min)
These classes offer fun yoga-based movement and mindfulness practices to help children improve emotional/self-regulation, focused attention, social awareness and confidence. Through games, stories, creative movement, dance, art and music children learn to be part of a group, interact positively with peers and expend energy in a safe and positive way!

Wednesdays @ 4:00pm (45 min)
Using yoga postures, music, art, group storytelling and, games children strengthen motor abilities, make friends and expend energy in a safe and a positive way!

Family Yoga Classes

Mondays & Wednesdays @ 2:30pm (45 min)
These classes focus on fun family, bonding and an activity to create dialogue! Focused breathing slows everyone down — creates peace, compassion and patience!
