Open Class | Tuesday @ 4:15pm (45 min)
These classes offer fun yoga-based movement and mindfulness practices to help children improve emotional/self-regulation, focused attention, social awareness and confidence. Through games, stories, creative movement, dance, art and music children learn to be part of a group, interact positively with peers and expend energy in a safe and positive way!

Mondays @ 4:00pm (45 min)
These classes offer fun yoga-based movement and mindfulness practices to help children improve emotional/self-regulation, focused attention, social awareness and confidence. Wednesdays @ 4:00pm (45 min)
Using yoga postures, music, art, group storytelling and, games children strengthen motor abilities, make friends and expend energy in a safe and a positive way!

Family Yoga Classes

Mondays & Wednesdays @ 2:30pm (45 min)
These classes focus on fun family, bonding and an activity to create dialogue! Focused breathing slows everyone down — creates peace, compassion and patience!
