Learning to Adapt
Children make one of the most significant developmental milestones of childhood when they transition into the ability to adapt to their environments. This ability is one that requires self regulation, empathy, and negotiating competing needs in relationships.
In this two-hour interactive presentation, Jennifer Gardner, LCSW, will walk parents, caregivers, and professionals through how this ability develops and factors that can interrupt or delay the process.
